PARA COMBATIR EL FRÍO

El Parkour: es una disciplina física centrada en la capacidad motriz del individuo, desarrollada a partir del método natural.

Los practicantes son denominados traceurs si son hombres, o traceuses si son mujeres y tienen como objetivo trasladarse de un punto a otro en un entorno de la manera más útil y eficiente posible, adaptándose a las exigencias del mismo con la sola ayuda de su cuerpo.

Tal como los prometimos, comenzamos una pequeña introducción a la actividad. La misma consiste en una adaptación en las actividades, utilizando los materiales que se encuentran en el patio, aquellos que son juegos y otros que son parte del mismo como rejas, mesas, etc.

Juntos combinamos obstáculos, para que los chicos/as puedan sortearlos a su manera y sin ayuda. Salvo casos de seguridad, donde se hace necesario.

Es infinito los beneficios de esta práctica, ya que a través de los circuitos planteados, los alumnos/as pueden vivir circunstancias hoy casi perdidas, por el tipo de vida que llevamos.

(trepar, rolar, saltar obstáculos).

En fin, nuevas ideas, nuevos proyectos, nuevos desafíos, nada nos detiene.
