Proyecto: “Aprender a trabajar en equipos”

Quinto grado: ¡Un año para aprender a trabajar juntos!

Los chicos llegan a quinto grado luego de haber adquirido una serie de habilidades que les permitieron enfrentar los primeros desafíos planteados por el Segundo Ciclo de la escuela primaria. Lograda entonces la posibilidad del estudio individual, el trabajo grupal aparece como un nuevo camino hacia el aprendizaje y el estudio significativos.

Un equipo de trabajo consiste en una agrupación de alumnos trabajando juntos que comparten percepciones, tienen una puesta en común, cooperan entre sí, aceptan un compromiso y resuelven desacuerdos. Ello no aparece automáticamente sino que se debe construir poco a poco con un docente a cargo que guíe su desarrollo.

Objetivos generales del trabajo

Que los chicos y chicas de 5º grado sean capaces de:

Desarrollar los hábitos como estudiantes autónomos, reflexivos y críticos de sus producciones y conocimientos.
Fomentar la confianza en sus posibilidades de plantear y resolver problemas en relación con el entorno.
Resolver posiciones con respecto a quien es uno mismo y quien es el otro, cuestiones de autoestima y valoración.
Desarrollar la oportunidad para enriquecer los lazos grupales.
Vincular las materias con los valores propuestos para trabajar este año: el orden y el tiempo.

Momentos de las clases

Durante el primer mes del comienzo del ciclo escolar, estuvimos trabajando con unas fichas que describían estrategias de estudio el análisis del trabajo en grupo. En ellas se detallaban:

¿Qué es para mí un grupo? ¿Con qué dificultades nos encontramos al trabajar en forma grupal?
¿Cómo me desempeño dentro de un grupo?
¿Cómo podemos trabajar mejor como grupo?
¿Cómo puede contribuir cada uno con el grupo?
¿Cómo podemos organizar mejor el trabajo?
¿Cómo ponernos de acuerdo como grupo?
