Presentamos a nuestros Equipos de Hockey
Primer año
Segundo y Tercer año
Muchas de las chicas participan en nuestros equipos representativos de hockey donde competimos contra otros colegios en el torneo LICA que se lleva a cabo todos los años.
Comenzando la clase: Aquí vemos a las alumnas de 1er año realizando la entrada en calor.
Luego del trote ejecutamos algunos ejercicios de fuerza abdominal y flexo-extensiones de brazos.
En este caso están desarrollando ejercicios específicos del deporte (con palo y bocha) como por ejemplo conducción.
A lo largo de este año han mejorado mucho no solo a nivel individual sino como equipo.
